Hydrating Foods for Dehydration

Dehydration, a condition where the body loses more fluids than it takes in, can lead to a range of health issues, from fatigue and headaches to more serious complications. While proper hydration primarily depends on consuming adequate fluids, certain foods can play a significant role in helping us stay hydrated.
