Navratri is a significant Hindu festival which involves refraining from consuming regular grains and certain vegetables, which makes it essential to find alternative sources of nourishment. During Navratri fasting, it's vital to consume foods that are not only delicious but also rich in protein to help keep you energized and satisfied throughout the day.
