Uric acid is a waste product formed from the breakdown of purines, found in certain foods. Excess uric acid can cause painful health issues. 

1. Understanding Uric Acid

Drinking plenty of water helps flush out uric acid through urine. Aim for at least 8-10 glasses of water daily to keep your kidneys functioning optimally. 

2. Hydrate Well
