Neck pain or stiffness? It could be caused by sitting too long or stress. To relieve tension and improve neck mobility, try the following simple exercises. Say goodbye to discomfort!

Slowly tilt your head to one side and your ear towards your shoulder. Switch sides, hold for 10 seconds and then repeat. Do five times on each side. It's a lot for loosening stiffness.

Gently turn your head to look over one shoulder, hold for 10 seconds, and then turn your head over the other shoulder. Repeat five times per side. This exercise increases flexibility and lowers tension.

Drop your chin against your chest and hold for 10 seconds. Then, tilt your head towards the ceiling and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat five times each.

Pull your shoulders to your ears, hold for 5 seconds, and release. Repeat 10 times. This exercise releases tension in your neck and shoulder muscles.

First, sit tall, place your hand on the side of your head and pull your head towards your shoulder. Switch sides and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 3 times per side.

Sit straight. Draw your chin toward your chest like you’re pulling a double chin. Hold for 5 seconds, relax, and repeat 10 times. This exercise is popular for improving posture and alleviating neck pain.
