The Science of Herbal Teas!

Herbal teas are primarily made by steeping dried herbs, flowers, fruits, leaves in hot water. They might also be referred to as herbal infusions.

Herbal teas are actually different than those of normal tea, because we do not add tea leaves (whether green or dried) to the herbal teas, they are made up only of that particular flower, fruit, leaves etc.

Variety 

It is derived from chamomile flower, it has relaxing & calming properties, which is why very good for your sleep.

Chamomile Tea

It is made from hibiscus flower, it is antioxidant rich and might help in managing the blood pressure levels.

It is made from spearmint leaves, it might help in managing digestive health and hormonal health as well.
