It's time to make some tasty homemade Boondi Ladoo, which is liked by many and is a very common Indian sweet.

Besan, sugar, water, a pinch of saffron, cardamom and ghee.

To make the batter, first mix besan with a pinch of saffron and some water.

Now, heat ghee in a pan and drop the batter through a slotted spoon to fry small, round boondis until they become golden and crispy.

Take another pan and dissolve sugar in water in it, then add cardamom and boil until the syrup becomes sticky.

Immediately transfer the fried boondi into the hot sugar syrup, allowing them to soak and absorb the sweetness.

Now wait till the boondi mixture cools down a little bit, then shape them into round ladoos by pressing them between your palms.
