A lot of people use beets for stamina and for their heart nut confusion always comes up if its better as a powder or as a juice?

Beetroot powder is basically a more concentrated. A tiny spoon can feel like you're getting the benefit of a whole beets, making it strong, simple and no need of a mixer

Juice is fresh, hydrating and honestly it tastes so good and you get a natural sweetness and it feels more alive because you drink it immediately after making it

Powder wins if you're someone who's always rushing. It takes barely a few secs to mix. Juice needs cutting, blending and cleaning not fun on busy days!

Juice naturally has more sugars because it's the whole vegetable you blend. Powder is usually has nothing extra, so it works better if you're keeping your carbs in check

Both improve blood flow and stamina but powder gives a more consistent or like you know how much of a beet you are having in a spoon and juice depends on the size of the beet

So if you love freshness, juice is perfect If you want something quick and strong, powder is easier Neither is better, it just depends on what fits your lifestyle
