Sattu is a traditional Indian superfood made from chickpeas or barley. It's packed with protein, fiber, and essential minerals, which offer a nutritious start to your day.

Mix sattu with water or buttermilk, add a pinch of salt, chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander. This cool drink keeps you hydrated and provides a quick protein boost. It's better to drink in hot weather due to its cooling properties.
