6 Simple Yoga Exercises to Prevent Eye Strain!

6 yoga poses to relieve eye strain. Soothe your tired eyes naturally with these daily yoga moves.

Rub your hands together, cup over your eyes, hold and relax for 30 seconds.

1. Palming Technique

Blink 10–15 times rapidly, then close eyes for rest, as this will refreshes the eye muscles.

2. Blinking Practice

Try to hold your focus on a candle flame to build eye strength and stillness. Hold it for a while and repeat after a pause.

3. Trataka (Candle Gazing)

Try to move your eyes clockwise, then counter-clockwise, repeat the same for 5 rounds. 

4. Eye Rotation

Alternate your focus between finger (near) and distant object to lessen the stress on your eyes.

5. Near & Far Focus
