We are back with a 7-step guide on how to make a tasty sweet corn soup easily.

First, prepare all the ingredients, including sweet corn, vegetables, garlic, ginger, and spring onions, which make the soup flavourful.

Start by sautéing ginger, garlic, and the white part of spring onions in oil.

Now add your favourite vegetables like carrots, beans and peas in oil and cook them for a few minutes until they become soft.

Then cover your vegetables and let them boil for a few minutes.

To make a smooth slurry, mix cornstarch with water and add it to the soup to make it thick and creamy.

Lastly, add some salt, pepper and a little vinegar, which gives flavour and garnish with the green part of spring onions.
