Apple Cider Vinegar: Liquid vs Fizz Tablet, Which is better?

Almost every one of us are aware about the benefits of ACV, it helps aid digestion, can help in weight loss, and might also help in blood sugar balance.

The raw, unfiltered ACV with the “mother” is potent and quite effective, but it is acidic in nature and quite sour too.

Liquid ACV

It is easier to consume & carry, no acidic taste, but may vary in efficacy and potency.

Fizz Tablet ACV

Liquid ACV may erode enamel if not diluted, due to the high potassium content. Fizz tablets don’t have that issue.

Both forms might help, but the fizz tablet ACV has quite a lot of sugar content that might not help with gut health, on the other hand liquid ACV is more studied for gut microbiota balance.

As it helps curb appetite, stabilizes blood sugar, it reduces the cravings and binging and works best when used with a clean diet.

Limit the intake to 1–2 tbsp liquid or 1–2 tablets daily for best results.

How to Dilute Liquid ACV
