Almost every one of us are aware about the benefits of ACV, it helps aid digestion, can help in weight loss, and might also help in blood sugar balance.

Liquid ACV may erode enamel if not diluted, due to the high potassium content. Fizz tablets don’t have that issue.

Both forms might help, but the fizz tablet ACV has quite a lot of sugar content that might not help with gut health, on the other hand liquid ACV is more studied for gut microbiota balance.
