Benefits of taking Omega-3 during Arthritis

Arthritis, a group of inflammatory joint conditions, can cause pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility, significantly affecting the quality of life for those who suffer from it. Several treatments aim to manage symptoms and slow its progression. One such approach is the supplementation of omega-3 fatty acids, found in fish oil, walnuts, chia seeds and flaxseeds.
