Best Morning Stretches To Try

Starting your day with a series of gentle morning stretches is an excellent way to awaken your body, improve flexibility, and set a positive tone for the day ahead. These stretches help alleviate stiffness, enhance circulation, and promote overall well-being. Whether you're an early riser or not, integrating some morning stretches into your routine can provide a refreshing and invigorating start to your day.

Gently tilt your head from side to side, forward, and backwards to release tension in the neck and upper back. 

1. Neck Stretch

Roll your shoulders forward and backwards to alleviate tension and improve posture. 

2. Shoulder Rolls

Interlace your fingers behind your back and stretch your arms, opening your chest for improved posture. 

3. Arm and Chest Opener

On your hands and knees, alternate between arching your back (like a cat) and extending it (like a cow) to wake up your spine.
