Starting your day with a series of gentle morning stretches is an excellent way to awaken your body, improve flexibility, and set a positive tone for the day ahead. Gently tilt your head from side to side, forward, and backwards to release tension in the neck and upper back. 

1. Neck Stretch

Roll your shoulders forward and backwards to alleviate tension and improve posture.
