Fruit digestion takes about ~30 minutes. If eaten with or after heavy meals, it can lead to fermentation, bloating and poor absorption, which can cause discomfort to some individuals.

Best taken 20-30 mins before meals, especially citrus fruits or berries. They prep your gut for better digestion.
