Here’s all you need to whip up this super-cooling juice: -1 large cucumber (peeled) -5–6 mint leave -1 tsp lemon juice -Rock salt to taste -1 glass of cold water

Rinse and peel the cucumber, roughly chop it into small pieces for easy blending. Wash your mint leaves and keep everything ready.
