Cucumber is 96% water and packed with cooling properties. It helps flush out toxins, keeps you hydrated, and calms body heat naturally, making it ideal for hot, humid days.

Here’s all you need to whip up this super-cooling juice: -1 large cucumber (peeled) -5–6 mint leave -1 tsp lemon juice -Rock salt to taste -1 glass of cold water

Rinse and peel the cucumber, roughly chop it into small pieces for easy blending. Wash your mint leaves and keep everything ready.

Add chopped cucumber, mint, lemon juice, and salt into a blender, pour in the cold water and blend until smooth and frothy.
