Hydration is adding back water to your body that has been lost in order to keep it functioning correctly. Hydration is important as water is required for every process in our body.

With increasing temperatures, summers come with a massive risk of dehydration. Water is required for hydration, but water alone cannot help; also, many people get bored by drinking plain water.

It becomes essential to have hydrating drinks, include them as a mid meals or have it with meals to keep yourself well hydrated. Let's explore some drinks that can keep you well hydrated during summers.

A hydrating drink, coconut water contains electrolytes that help manage the electrolyte imbalance caused by sweating during summer.
