Today, we are going to show you how to make Dal Dhokli, a healthy and filling meal.

You need toor dal, whole wheat flour, garlic, ginger, green chillies, turmeric, jaggery, tamarind and spices like cumin and mustard seeds.

Start with boiling toor dal with turmeric, then add some spices and tamarind to make a tangy, protein-rich lentil curry.

Make a dough with flour, salt, turmeric, chilli powder and a little oil, roll it thin and cut it into pieces.

Add those pieces into the dal and let them cook until soft and fully soaked with the flavours of spices, tamarind and jaggery.
