Effective Home Remedies for Constipation

Constipation, a common digestive issue, can be uncomfortable and disruptive to daily life. While there are over-the-counter remedies available, many people prefer natural and effective home remedies to alleviate this problem.

Drinking an adequate amount of water is crucial for softening stool and promoting regular bowel movements. Aim for at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.
