Cold and winter weather can also weaken your immune system. Eat these nutrient-filled foods to naturally boost your immunity and stay healthy and strong all season.

Oranges, lemons, and grapefruits are rich in vitamin C, which helps white blood cells fight infections. Include them in your daily diet to strengthen your immunity.
