Ginger Lemon Tea: A Soothing Remedy for Easing a Sore Throat 

Ginger lemon tea is a natural remedy for a sore throat. Its anti-inflammatory properties help reduce irritation and provide relief and comfort with each sip.

To make the tea, put fresh ginger slices in hot water for 5 - 10 minutes. Stir in 3 tbsps freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey (optional). It is now ready—your soothing remedy.
