Jamun, or Indian blackberry, is a cooling fruit that helps manage blood sugar, aids digestion, and quenches thirst naturally. Perfect for mid-day fatigue and post-meal refreshment.

- 1 cup deseeded jamun - ½ tsp black salt - 1 tsp lemon juice - ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder - ½ tsp honey (optional) - ½ cup chilled water or coconut water

Wash jamun thoroughly, remove seeds and scoop the soft pulp into a mixing bowl. This step brings out the juicy, tangy flavour.

Add lemon juice, black salt, roasted cumin, and water to the pulp. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust salt or honey as needed.

Strain the mix to remove any tricky bits, refrigerate for 10–15 minutes or serve immediately with ice for a cooler punch.
