How to Increase Your Body's Immunity During Winters?

Winter is here! Help fight off colds and flu by keeping your immunity strong. So, during the cold months, let’s explore simple and effective ways to increase your body’s natural defences.

Remember to drink water! Hydration is vital to flushing toxins and maintaining a healthy immune system. Warm water and even herbal teas are great winter options.  

1. Stay Hydrated

Most of you know that oranges, kiwis and strawberries can boost immunity! Vitamin C keeps your body fighting infections all winter and helps you feel your best.  

2. Eat Vitamin C-rich foods

Zinc is vital for immunity, so include some nuts, seeds, beans, and whole grains to help your body fight off winter bugs and remain strong.
