Fatigue can sometimes be considered normal, but if you experience it every other day, it might be time to change your routine. Let’s look at a few tips that could help you overcome fatigue.

Monitor your sleeping time, avoid staying up late at night, and limit your screen exposure at bedtime, as this may impact your mental health and energy levels.

Stay Hydrated, as dehydration can also lower your energy levels. Drink at least 2-3 litres of water daily to stay refreshed and active.
