Glutathione is a well-known antioxidant with skin-lightening benefits. Does it work, and is it safe? Let’s explore its effects and how it can help us achieve our brighter-skinned goals.

Your body makes a natural antioxidant called glutathione. It protects cells, boosts immunity, and reduces melanin production to promote skin health.

Glutathione prevents melanin production, which is done by an enzyme called tyrosinase. It reduces the amount of dark pigment, and you can have a brighter, more even skin tone in time.
