Post-Vacation Detox

After a vacation, it's common to feel the need for a detox to reset and rejuvenate your body and mind. Here are some post-vacation detox tips that can help you get back on trac.

Start by hydrating your body. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out toxins and rehydrate your system. You can also include herbal teas, infused water, or coconut water to add variety.
