Consume whole, unprocessed foods that are nutrient-dense. Incorporate fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats into your meals. Avoid processed foods, sugary snacks, and excessive caffeine or alcohol.

Include foods that support the detoxification process, such as cruciferous vegetables, garlic, ginger, turmeric, lemon, and green leafy vegetables. These foods contain antioxidants.

Minimize your intake of refined sugar and caffeine as they can disrupt your energy levels and affect your sleep patterns. Opt for healthier alternatives like herbal teas or natural sweeteners like honey or stevia.

Fiber helps to cleanse the digestive system and promote regular bowel movements. Include high-fiber foods like whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables in your meals.

Engage in physical activity to boost your metabolism and support the elimination of toxins through sweating. Choose activities you enjoy, such as jogging, swimming, cycling, or yoga, and aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise daily.
