Chia seeds have gained popularity nowadays. Every health-conscious person and those who aim to lose weight prefer chia seeds. But the confusion arises whether we should go for powder or gel.

Before that, you should know that chia seeds are really good for our health and also a good source of protein and fiber. They can be consumed in two forms: chia seeds gel and chia seeds powder.
