Today we are going to show you how to make a quick, healthy and gluten-free Quinoa Pulao for lunch.

It is naturally gluten-free, which makes it gentle on your stomach and great if you are on a gluten-free diet.

Start by rinsing quinoa and cooking it in water until it becomes fluffy and light.

Meanwhile, chop your favourite vegetables like carrots, peas, beans, and bell peppers.

In a pan, heat some oil, add cumin seeds, and saute ginger, garlic and green chillies for a tasty base.

Now, add your chopped veggies and stir-fry for a few minutes until they become tender but still crunchy.

Finally, add the cooked quinoa to the vegetables, sprinkle some salt, pepper and garam masala and mix it all.
