Side Effects of Carbonated Drinks

Carbonated drinks, often referred to as sodas or soft drinks, have become a ubiquitous part of modern diets around the world. While they can be refreshing and enjoyable, it's important to be aware of the potential side effects associated with their consumption. These fizzy beverages, known for their high sugar content and carbonation, can have both short-term and long-term impacts on health.
