Signs That You Are Taking Too Much Sugar

Sugar, in moderate amounts, is a natural part of many foods and can be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet. However, excessive sugar consumption can lead to a range of health issues, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease. It's essential to be mindful of your sugar intake and recognize the signs that you may be consuming too much sugar.

Frequent and intense cravings for sugary foods or sweets may indicate that you are consuming too much sugar, as it can lead to addictive-like behaviour.
