Tips to Keep Gums Healthy

Healthy gums are a crucial component of overall oral health. Neglecting gum care can lead to various dental problems, including gum disease, tooth loss, and even systemic health issues. Fortunately, maintaining healthy gums is not a complex task and can be achieved with consistent oral hygiene practices and lifestyle choices.

Brush your teeth at least twice a day using a soft-bristle toothbrush. Pay attention to brushing along the gumline to remove plaque and prevent gum disease. 

1. Brush Regularly

Flossing helps remove food particles and plaque from between your teeth and along the gumline, preventing gum inflammation and cavities.
