Warm drinks to have this winter that are not tea or coffee

Keep warm this winter with cosier drinks than tea and coffee. Choose from special beverages, such as spicy and creamy that will make you feel better on those chill evenings.

A classic winter favourite is rich and creamy hot chocolate. Add dark chocolate (and a dash of cinnamon) to make it even healthier for an antioxidant boost.  

1. Hot Chocolate

Turmeric milk is a blend of milk, spices, ginger, and turmeric. This drink increases the immune system and warms you from the inside out.

Simmer apple cider with cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg as a winter treat.

Simmering cranberry juice with oranges, cinnamon, and star anise makes a tangy, spiced, festive, warming drink for winter.  

5. Hot Mulled Cranberry Juice

Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon. Heat almond milk and stir in. This creamy drink is perfect for winding down on cold evenings.
