Yoga Poses for Stress Relief

In today's world, stress has become an inevitable part of many people's lives. While it may seem challenging to find respite from the constant pressures, yoga offers a powerful and effective means of stress relief. It is a combination of gentle movements, mindful breathing, and meditation, it provides a holistic approach to calm and relax.

This resting pose gently stretches the back, hips, and thighs, promoting relaxation and calming the mind. 

1. Child's Pose (Balasana)
