Recommeded Usage:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1.<\/strong> Add: 50g high protein oats + 250 ml of cold or warm water or milk in a bowl.
Step 2:<\/strong> Mix: Stir Well. Choose your favourite toppings like fruits, nuts, dried fruits, seeds, honey or cinnamon powder.
Step 3:<\/strong> Enjoy: Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes for a warm meal or at least 10 minutes for a cold meal until your desired consistency is reached. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
