Haemoglobin is a protein found in the blood. Low haemoglobin levels might occur due to nutritional deficiency affecting several body functions. Here are some foods that may help boost haemoglobin levels naturally.
Leafy vegetables like kale, bathua, & mustard leaves are rich in iron and other nutrients.
Citrus fruits like lemon, lime, and orange are rich in vitamin C and help maximize iron absorption.
Wheatgrass juice is rich is chlorophyll that may stimulate red blood cells' growth and boost hemoglobin levels.
