Yoga is really close to actress Aishwarya Sakhuja's heart. In fact, it is so deeply imbibed in the actress' daily routine that she has never skipped a single day of doing her daily dose of yoga and asanas.

Aishwarya reveals, "When I was diagnosed, I don’t know why but the first thing that I turned to was yoga. It was just an instant thought that maybe yoga will help.
