1. Tailoriong fitness to needs

The 19-year-old exhibits awareness of the right kind of workout. He's known for having a steady head on his shoulders. He said he knows what exercises helped me and the exercises that don't help him at all.

Gill believes in spending time at the gym, which doesn't mean pumping iron. He also focuses on flexibility, mobility and stretching.

Gill also enjoys lifting heavy weights. He does all sorts of lifting like Olympic lifting, He has noticed that his body responds really well to lifting heavy and he find himself happy.

Being a Punjabi his diet was not ideal and so he had to go through a massive change and cut out paranthas, butter and ghee. He focuses on eating fruits, boiled eggs and omlette.

For lunch Gill focuses on carbs and prefers grilled chicken or Dal rice. Sometimes he also eats multigrain rotis. For dinner, he makes sure he has a light dinner he usually goes for lamb along with veggies.

Gill doesn't have a fixed schedule for cheat days as he said it depends on his mood. But he makes sure not to have more than 2 cheat meals in a week.
