1/2 cucumber, 1 handful of fresh spinach, 1 amla (or 1 tsp lemon juice), 1/2 cup coconut water and some seeds like chia seeds or flaxseeds.

Chop 1/2 cucumber into small pieces, cucumber contains low calories but has high water content, which keeps you hydrated and full for longer. It also helps in reducing bloating while supporting fat metabolism.

Take 1 handful of fresh spinach and rinse well. It's rich in fiber, iron and antioxidants, which helps you stay full, might help stabilise your blood sugar level.

Peel 1 amla or squeeze 1 tsp fresh lemon juice into the blender. Its rich in vitamin C, which helps boost metabolism and also aids in digestion. You can also go for lemon juice, as it helps in detoxifying the liver and help meet the Vitamin C requirements.
