Healthy Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss

1/2 cucumber, 1 handful of fresh spinach, 1 amla (or 1 tsp lemon juice), 1/2 cup coconut water and some seeds like chia seeds or flaxseeds. 

Ingredients You Need

Chop 1/2 cucumber into small pieces, cucumber contains low calories but has high water content, which keeps you hydrated and full for longer. It also helps in reducing bloating while supporting fat metabolism.

Prepare the Cucumber

Take 1 handful of fresh spinach and rinse well. It's rich in fiber, iron and antioxidants, which helps you stay full, might help stabilise your blood sugar level.

Prep the Green

Peel 1 amla or squeeze 1 tsp fresh lemon juice into the blender. Its rich in vitamin C, which helps boost metabolism and also aids in digestion. You can also go for lemon juice, as it helps in detoxifying the liver and help meet the Vitamin C requirements.

Add Amla (or Lemon)

Add 1/2 cup of coconut water to the blender, we are using coconut because its low in calories but full of electrolytes, which helps in keeping you hydrated and reducing cravings.

Pour Coconut Water

Add 1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra fiber, because they improve satiety, might help regulate your blood sugar level and are weight loss friendly. 

Optional Boost

Blend all ingredients until they become smooth, then pour it into a glass and enjoy a fresh, nutrient-rich smoothie.
