– 1 scoop chocolate whey protein concentrate by NUTRABAY – 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa – 1 cup milk or almond milk – A dash of cinnamon – Sweetener as per your taste

Warm the milk on low heat Don't boil it, just enough steam so the protein mixes smoothly.

-Take a small bowl, add protein powder and cocoa. -Pour in 2-3 spoons of warm milk and make a thick paste to avoid lump.
