Winters can make your skin dry, pale and flaky. Add these fruits to your routine to make your skin glow from within in this chilly weather.

Oranges are rich in vitamin C which is an antioxidant. It brightens your skin and protects skin from pollution and free-radical damage

Pomegranate is a good source of antioxidants that slow aging and repair skin cells. It improves blood flow and gives a natural glow.

Papaya has an enzyme- papain which gently removes dead skin cells. It has vitamins A, C and E which repair the skin and make it soft.
