Gut Friendly Black Carrot Kanji Recipe to Sip During Winter Season

Kanji is a fermented probiotic drink made during winters. It is generally made of black carrots or beetroots along with mustard and other spices.

Combine all the ingredients with water in a large jar, stir well and cover it with a cotton or muslin cloth. Let the mixture sit and ferment in direct sunlight for 3-5 days for best results
