Green tea is rich in nutrients, but drinking it right after a meal or on an empty stomach is among the habits which may upset your stomach or reduce its benefits. Here are the 5 mistakes you should avoid.

Drinking it right after a meal may affect your nutrient absorption. So, wait at least an hour before having your tea.
