7-Day Gut Reset: What to Eat Daily

All the processed food, stress, and pollution harm our gut flora. A small gut reset improves digestion and mental clarity.

Start with warm water + lemon, eat some soaked chia seeds, papaya, and moong dal for gentle cleansing.

Day 1: Hydration & Fiber

Day 2: Fermented Foods
