Spinach and corn cutlets are a tasty and healthy snack that you can make easily at home, which goes well with tea time and small parties.

Take all ingredients that you'll need, like spinach, boiled corn, mashed potatoes, onions, bread crumbs, cornfour and spices.

First, wash the spinach well and boil it for a few minutes so that it becomes soft and easy to mix.

Next, add the boiled corn and mashed potatoes to the spinach, as this makes the base soft and full of flavour.

Now mix in onions, spices like chilli or pepper, salt, cornflour, and bread crumbs.

After mixing everything well, take small portions from the mixture and shape them into round cutlets, then coat them lightly with bread crumbs for a crispy layer.

Now take a little oil in a pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until they turn golden and crunchy.
