Habits That May Damage Bone Health

Our bones serve as the structural framework of our bodies, providing support, protection, and enabling movement. Maintaining optimal bone health is crucial for overall well-being, yet certain habits in our daily lives may inadvertently contribute to the weakening of bones.

Failing to meet daily calcium requirements can compromise bone health. Calcium is a vital mineral for bone density, and insufficient intake may lead to weakened bones over time. 

1.  Inadequate Calcium Intake

Consuming too much caffeine, found in coffee, tea, and some energy drinks, can interfere with calcium absorption and contribute to bone loss. Moderation is key to maintaining bone health.
