Millet ones have a gentle, earthy texture & are rich in fibre which is perfect if you want better digestion in winter.

Millet rotis like bajra, jowar, and ragi have slightly more protein than maize ones. So this keeps you fuller for longer & supports the muscle maintainance.

Both are beneficial but millet roti has edge ahead because it helps with weight loss, digestion & steady energy. Maize roti is okay occasionally for warmth and for comfort meal.
