You just need wheat flour, fresh methi leaves, salt, a little oil and some basic spices to make this paratha easily.

Start by mixing chopped methi leaves with flour and spices, and knead it into a soft dough which is smooth and easy to roll.

Now take small dough balls and roll them into round and triangular shapes, which are not too thin and not too thick.
