Simply wow... this is the second brand i tried, and i am impresed with the performance, taking two times in a day one serving post workout and one at night and i experience atleast 80% less soarness in comparison to earlier. Ultimately that lead to good performance in the gym. Give it a try and you will be amazed to see the results.
