Are there any restrictions on promotional methods?

Affiliates should not offer additional cashback, rewards, or other incentives to drive traffic / sales via their affiliate tracking links. They are also not allowed to generate traffic through Pay-to-Click, Pay-to-Read, coupon code websites, banner exchanges, click exchanges, advertising on brand keywords, practices in bad faith, or similar methods.

How do I earn commissions?

Earn commissions by promoting our products with your unique link. When a customer buys through it, your commission is added to your earnings once approved. You can request a payout to withdraw your earnings. For payout terms, check the FAQs.

What are the commission rates?

You’ll get 10% commission on Nutrabay products. For more details on this, you can refer to the program's terms and conditions. It's important to review this information to understand how much you can earn for each sale.

How are commissions calculated ?

Commissions are calculated on each item of the order on the price before tax.

What are commission statuses ?

Commission statuses indicate whether a commission will be credited to your earnings:

1. Pending: Until the order is delivered or returned/canceled.
2. Approved: Credited to earnings after 14 days if the order isn’t returned.
3. Rejected: If the order is canceled or returned.

Are there any minimum requirements for payouts ?

The minimum payout threshold is ₹3000. In other words, the payout request will only be accepted and processed once the commission balance crosses this amount.

How can I request a payout ?

To request a payout, email [email protected] with your desired payout period (preferably within a month) and GST details if applicable.

When will the money be credited ?

Payouts will be processed within 30 days of valid payout request.

How do I get paid ?

You can set up your bank details under the Payment tab of your affiliate dashboard and submit the required documents through mail. Once submitted, our internal team will validate the details. After successful verification, the payment amount will be credited to the same account upon submitting and validating your payout request.
