everything is so damn good about this even flavors Id say are amazing big props to nutrabays team well the only complaint I have Is with servings nothing else but its understandable also a pro tip from a gym bro use 1 scoop on days when youre not lifting much heavy and 2 on heavy lift days youll feel focused and energized with both of the options

"perfect pre workout"

Quality is good, but I have to use 5 to 7 grams before workout because when I use full scoop 10 grams , my heartbeat goes high and I feel anxiety because of high caffeine. 1 scoop pre workout has 300mg caffeine. So I would like to request Nutrabay, if possible please caffeine dose should be 200mg per scoop. All other ingredients are great and effective.

I have tried fruit punch Before Now i ordered green apple both are good but green apple is little bit sweet than fruit punch I personally liked green apple 1 star less because pre workout only works 30-45 min max otherwise good
