3 - To sweeten this muesli we add Kakvi, which is the most unrefined form of sugar possible (and is even more nutritious than jaggery)
4 - If you see a slightly grey coating on the muesli over time, don't worry! Temperature variations can do that to pure chocolate. 5 It's what chefs call 'Fat Bloom'. Just another perfection in real food!
